STOP CAMPAIGNS

Open CAMPAIGNS under the PROMOTIONS menu item
Select all released campaigns to be stopped
Click on Stop

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can stop previously approved campaigns. This can be the case, for example, if the stocks of an affected product are used up prior to the end of a promotion or if the rules, sites, or validity are to be adjusted or extended/shortened.

To stop one or several campaigns, open CAMPAIGNS under the PROMOTIONS menu item. You are now in the Campaigns view. Select all campaigns to be stopped and click on Stop.

The stopped promotions are listed again immediately in the Campaigns view with the status "Work in progress".

You have now stopped one or several campaigns. You can now process them again and assign a new validity period as well as new or additional rules and/or sites.
