PRODUCT ASSORTMENTS: ASSIGN SITES
- Open PRODUCT ASSORTMENT under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item
- Choose the desired product assortment
- Go to the Sites tab at the bottom
- Click on Assign
- Select the sites that are to use this product assortment, or
- Click on Select all to select all product assortments in one go
- Click on Show selected for an overview of all selected product assortments
- Click on Assign
- Click on Save
- Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view
In CiRRUS, you can allocate product assortments to specific sites. This step is required when product assortments differ between sites.
To allocate a product assortment, open PRODUCT ASSORTMENT under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Product assortment view. Choose the desired product assortment. Go to the Sites tab at the bottom and click on Assign. The window with a list of all sites opens. Select one or several sites that are to use the product assortment with immediate effect. Click on Select all to choose all sites in one go. To check your selection, click on Show selected. This opens a list of all selected sites that are to use the allocated product assortment. Click on Assign to confirm the allocation.
Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.
You have allocated the product assortment to one or several sites, which can use it straight away.
