CARD CENTER CODES: ASSIGN CARD CENTER

Go to CARD CENTER CODES under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item
Choose the desired card center code
Go to the Card center assignment tab at the bottom
Click on Add
Choose the desired card center in the "Card center" field
Enter the respective code in the "Code" field
Select the "Batched transmission" field if this option is desired
Enter the corresponding unit in the "Data center unit (not effective with batched transmission)" field
Click on Save
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Note: One single card center code can be issued for each card center.

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can save card center codes for identifying the correct card center during data transfers.

To save a card center code, open CARD CENTER CODES under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item. You are now in the Card center codes view. Choose the desired card center code.

Now go to the Card center assignment tab at the bottom and click on Add. Choose the desired card center from the dropdown menu in the "Card center" field and enter the respective card center code in the "Code" field. Select the "Batched transmission" field if this option is desired. Enter the corresponding unit in the "Data center unit (not effective with batched transmission)" field.

Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now have assigned a code to a card center so that the correct card center is identified during data transfers.

Note: One single card center code can be issued for each card center.
