ADD PRODUCT PRICE CHANGES

Open PRODUCT PRICE CHANGE under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item
Click on Create new
Enter a title in the "Name" field
Set the date on which the activation starts in the "Activation date" field
Confirm with OK
Select the desired currency in the "Currency" field
Optionally, set the reminder date in the "Reminder date" field
Confirm with OK
Optionally, enter the corresponding eternal ID in the "External ID" field
Optionally, enter a description in the "Description" field.
Click on Save
Go to the "PRODUCT PRICES" tab at the bottom
Click on Add
Select the desired product or enter the product name in the search window
Choose the desired action in the "Action" field
Enter the desired value in the "Value" field
Click on Save
Go to the "SITES" tab at the bottom
Click on Assign
Select the desired sites
Click on Assign
Click on Save
Click on Create
Click on the arrow key to return to the Product price

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can pre-enter product price changes for a certain date. This enables you to process business transactions with always up-to-date prices.

Go to the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item and open PRODUCT PRICE CHANGE to change a product price. You can see all previous product price changes in the Product price change view.

Click on Create new and enter a title in the "Name" field (e.g. Reason for price change) for this price change. Set the effective time and date of the price change with the clock and calendar in the "Activation date" field. Confirm with OK. You can also optionally set a reminder date with the calendar in the "Reminder date" field. Confirm with OK. Enter the corresponding information in the "External ID" and "Description" fields, if desired. Now click on Save.

Now go to the Product price change tab at the bottom and click on Create new. Select the desired product or enter the product name in the search window. Choose the desired action from the dropdown menu in the "Action" field (e.g. Product price change as an absolute amount or percentual adjustment). Enter the desired value in the "Value" field and click on Save.

Now go to the Sites tab at the bottom and click on assign. Select all sites where the product price change is to be activated as from the specified time and date. Click on Assign.

Click on Save again, then on Create to activate the scheduled product price change.

Click on the arrow key to return to the Product price change view where your scheduled product price changes are listed.

You now have applied or scheduled a product price change. The product price adjustment is activated at the entered time and date at the corresponding sites and all business transactions are processed at the current sales price.
