CANCEL BASKET

  • Go to POINT OF SALE START under the POINT OF SALE menu item
  • Choose a point of sale terminal
  • There are products in the basket already but the purchase is not to be completed
  • Click on the three dots in the top toolbar of the point of sale display
  • Choose Cancel receipt
  • (Click on X or press the Escape key to return to the basket) or
  • Click on the Cancel receipt button in the top toolbar of the point of sale display
  • Click on Yes to cancel the basket
  • Click on No to stop the receipt from being canceled and continue with the purchase as usual
Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can completely cancel the basket prior to collecting the payment. For example, a customer changes their mind and does not wish to complete the purchase after all or the scanner reacts to products being tidies near the point of sale terminal and accidentally places products in the basket.

To cancel the basket, you are already in the POINT OF SALE or POINT OF SALE START menu and the basket on your point of sale terminal already contains products.

Click on the three dots in the top toolbar of the point of sale display or choose the Cancel receipt button there if you have configured this for quick access in the toolbar. Click on Yes in the window that has just popped up to definitely cancel the basket, otherwise click on No and continue as usual with the purchase.
