RECORD WRITE OFFS & OWN USE PRODUCTS
- Go to POINT OF SALE START under the POINT OF SALE menu item
- Choose a point of sale terminal
- Choose the product or product required for your own use to be written off on the touch screen of the point of sale terminal, use the Search field or scan the product with a hand/table scanner
- Now click on 100% discount
- Add another product or product required for your own use to the basket, if desired
- Click on 100% discount after each individual product
- Click on To pay
- Click on YES to complete the transaction directly as the amount to be paid is 0.00
- Click on Print receipt, if desired
- Click on X or press the Escape key and close the Payment completed message
In CiRRUS, you have numerous options for processing a sales process at the point of sale terminal. Price reductions such as write-offs or the booking of products required for own use are also included. You can write off products that are out of date or damaged and dispose of them correctly, for instance. You can also correctly record products you require for your own use (cleaning agents for cleaning the shop floor, toilet paper for the customer toilets, etc.).
To write off or book products required for your own use, go to POINT OF SALE START under the POINT OF SALE menu item. You are now in the Point of sale view. Choose the desired point of sale terminal. Now choose the product to be written off or required for your own use with the touch screen of the point of sale terminal, Search field or by scanning it with a hand/table scanner. Now click on the 100% discount button. Proceed in the same manner to add more products to the basket to be written off or obtained for your own use and click on 100% discount after each individual product.
Click on To pay once you have recorded all of these products. A query pops up asking if you wish to complete the transaction as the amount to be paid is 0.00. Answer this query by clicking on Yes. Click on Print receipt in the window that has just popped up if you desire a receipt for this transaction, otherwise click on X or the Escape key and close the Payment completed message.
