Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can park one or several receipts during the sales process. Occasionally, a customer may remember at the point of sale that they have forgotten a product or left their wallet in the car. You can park the respective receipts in the meantime and cash up the other customer purchases.

To spark one or several receipts, open POINT OF SALE START under the POINT OF SALE menu item. You are now in the Point of sale view. Choose the desired point of sale terminal. Now choose the desired product with the touch screen of the point of sale terminal, Search field or by scanning it with a hand/table scanner. Click on the three dots in the top toolbar of the point of sale display or choose the Park basket button there if you have configured this for quick access in the toolbar. Confirm the query with Yes to park basket or click No to abort the process. Continue with a new sale in the meantime.

Note: You can park several receipts within the same shift until its end.

You now know how to park a receipt and continue processing other customer purchases without losing any time.
