REPRINT MOST RECENT RECEIPT AT POS

  • Go to POINT OF SALE START under the POINT OF SALE menu item
  • Choose a point of sale terminal
  • Choose the desired product
  • Answer the age restriction query, if applicable
  • Scan the loyalty card, if available
  • Click on To pay
  • Complete the payment using the desired payment type
  • Pay out any change due
  • Click on X or press the Escape key and close the Payment completed message
  • Click on the three dots in the top toolbar of the point of sale display
  • Choose Re-print receipt or
  • Click on the receipt icon in the top toolbar of the point of sale display
Note: You can only re-print the receipt for the most recently completed sales process. Go to the receipt archive for older receipts.
Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can re-print the most recently created receipt after completing the sales process. It can happen on occasions that a customer changes their mind after completing the sales process and requests a receipt after all.

To request a subsequent printout of a receipt, go to POINT OF SALE START under the POINT OF SALE menu item. You are now in the Point of sale view. Choose the desired point of sale terminal. Now complete the sales process as usual. Choose the desired product. Answer the age restriction query, if applicable. Use the scanner to scan any loyalty card shown by the customer.

Now initiate the payment process by clicking on the To pay button. Complete the payment using the desired payment type and pay out any change due. Click on X or press the Escape key if the customer does not require a receipt and close the Payment completed message.

If the customer requests a receipt after all once the payment process has already been completed, click on the three dots in the top toolbar of the point of sale display. Choose the Re-print receipt component or click on the receipt icon if you have configured it for quick access in the toolbar. The receipt print is automatically created. Note: You can only re-print the receipt for the most recently completed sales process. Go to the receipt archive for re-printing older receipts.

You now can hand the receipt to your customer before starting to process the next transaction.

When using CiRRUS via a mobile device, it may happen that texts are translated independently by the device/browser.
