REPORTS MENU NAVIGATION: ADD INSTANCE
- Go to REPORTS MENU NAVIGATION under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item
- Click on Create new
- Enter a suitable designation in the "Name" field
- Enter the corresponding description in the "Description" field
- Choose all roles to be given read access to the corresponding instance in the "Roles" field
- Click on the X by the side to remove an undesired role
- Choose the report type for which read access is to be granted in the "Instance" field
- Click on Save
- Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view
In CiRRUS, you can authorize various roles to read individual report types or instances. You can do this in a configuration form.
To save such authorization, open REPORTS MENU NAVIGATION under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item. You are now in the Reports menu navigation view. Click on Create new. Enter a suitable designation in the "Name" field and the corresponding brief description of the instance in the "Description" field. Choose all roles to be given read access to the corresponding instance from the dropdown menu in the "Roles" field.
Click on the X to the side to remove an undesired role again. Choose the report type for which the authorized roles are to be given read access in the "Instance" field. Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.
You now have authorized one or several roles to read a certain report type. Proceed in the same manner for each additional instance for which read access is to be granted to selected role owners.
