CREATE REPORT

  • Open REPORTING under the OFFICE FUNCTIONALITIES menu item
  • Click on the"+" icon to expand the Reporting view
  • Choose the desired report type
  • Click on Create report
  • Enter a corresponding designation in the "Info for the Job" field
  • Choose the desired language from the dropdown menu in the "Language for the Job" field
  • Set the start date and time in the "Date from" field
  • Set the end date and time in the "Date to" field
  • Choose the desired point of sale terminal from the dropdown menu in the "Point of sales" field (optional)
  • Choose the desired user from the dropdown menu in the "Users" field (optional)
  • Click on Print report
  • Go to the Reporting tab at the bottom
  • Click on Refresh
  • Click on the report you have just created to update it
  • Click on Save report for locally saving the report
  • Click on Print for printing the report
  • Click on the binoculars icon for searching for a specific item or word
  • Click on Back to return to the previous view
Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can choose from several report types for various activities, such as OPT, cashier, fuel, total data, payment method, etc. This enables you to create detailed reports for a specific period of time.

To create a report, open REPORTING under the OFFICE FUNCTIONALITIES menu item. Now click on the "+" icon to see an overview of all available report types. Choose the desired report type and click on Create report.

Enter a corresponding designation in the "Info for the Job" field. Choose the language in which the report is to be created from the dropdown menu in the "Language for the Job" field.

Set the period of time for which you require a report of the chosen activity in the "Date from" and "Date to" fields. Enter the corresponding information from the respective dropdown menus in the "Point of sales" and "Users" fields, if desired. Now click on Print report.

Go to the Reporting tab at the bottom and click on refresh to add the report you have just created to the overview and list. Now choose the desired report from the updated Reporting view to display it on the screen.

Go to the toolbar at the top and click on Save report to locally save the report you have just created. Click on Print to create a printed copy. Click on the binoculars icon to search for a specific item or word. Click on Back to return to the previous view.

You now know how to generate a detailed report on a specific activity over a specified period of time and how to print or save it, if required.
