SET UP CATEGORIES

Open CATEGORIES under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item
Click on Create new
Enter a category name in the "Name" field
Enter the desired external ID number in the "External ID" field
The system automatically fills the "Parent" field
Slide the slider in the "Max. 1 node per product" field to ON if you require this function
Click on Save

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can set up categories, primarily to create a product list that is organized and structured by type. You can create categorizations that meet your wishes and requirements.

To set up a new category, open CATEGORIES under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Categories view.

Click on Create new to set up a new category. Enter the category name in the "Name" field. Enter the desired external ID in the "External ID" field. The system automatically fills the "Parent" field. Slide the slider in the "Max. 1 node per product" field to ON if you require this function. Sliding the slider to ON affects the options you can select within the category.

This means that it is no longer possible to perform multiple allocations: OFF = Multiple assignments possible ON = Individual assignment active.

Click on Save to save your entries.

You have set up a category to which you can assign individual products.

When using CiRRUS via a mobile device, it may happen that texts are translated independently by the device/browser.
