PAYMENT TYPES: CURRENCY INFORMATION

Go to PAYMENT TYPES under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item
Choose the desired payment type (Cash/Reka)
Go to the Currency information tab at the bottom
Click on Add
Choose the desired currency in the "Currency" field
Enter the current currency rounding in the "Rounding" field
Enter the breakdown of all coins in the "Denomination of coins" field (smallest to largest coin)
Confirm with Enter
Click on the X next to the field to remove an undesired breakdown
Enter the breakdown of all notes in the "Denomination of banknotes" field (smallest to largest note)
Confirm with Enter
Click on the X next to the field to remove an undesired breakdown
Select the "Payment limited to denomination" field if this option is desired
Select the "Return money allowed" field if this option is desired
Click on Save
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can set up payment types for processing the product payment process or products in general at the site. For cash payment types in any currency, including Reka checks, it is recommended to save the corresponding currency information.

To save currency information, open PAYMENT TYPES under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item. You are now in the Payment types view. Choose the desired cash payment type, including Reka checks.

Go to the Currency information tab at the bottom and click on Add. Choose the desired currency from the dropdown menu in the "Currency" field. Enter the current currency rounding in the "Rounding" field. Now enter the smallest to largest coin in the "Denomination of coins" field and proceed in the same manner in the "Denomination of banknotes" field by entering the smallest to largest note in this currency. Conform each individual entry with Enter. You can immediately delete undesired coin or note breakdowns again by clicking on the X to the side of them. Select the "Payment limited to breakdown" and "Return money allowed" fields to activate these options, if required.

Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now have saved currency information for individual cash payment types, which can be accessed and is effective straight away.
