PAYMENT TYPES: DISALLOWED PRODUCT GROUPS

Go to PAYMENT TYPES under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item
Choose the desired payment type
Go to the Not allowed product groups tab at the bottom
Click on Assign
Select all product groups that MUST NOT be paid for with this payment type
Click on Assign
Click on Save
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can prevent individual product groups from being paid for with a certain payment type. This is useful, for example, for company cards that are to be used for purchasing fuel only and should not be used for purchasing shop products.

To block a product group for a certain payment type, open PAYMENT TYPES under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item. You are now in the Payment types view. Choose the desired payment type.

Go to the Not allowed product groups tab at the bottom and click on Assign. Select all product groups that MUST NOT be paid for with the selected payment type. Click on Assign again.

Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now have ensured that a certain payment type is blocked for purchasing individual product groups. This restriction is active and effective immediately.
