UNITS: ADD MAPPINGS
- Go to UNITS under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item
- Choose the desired unit
- Go to the Mappings tab at the bottom
- Click on Add
- Optionally, enter mappings to external interfaces in all fields (e.g. for data imports)
- Click on Save
In CiRRUS, you can set up and maintain various unit assignments. The assignments are required to enable the communication between interfaces and card centers.
To assign a unit, open UNITS under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item. You are now in the Units view. Choose the desired unit.
Go to the Mappings tab at the bottom and click on Add. You can optionally implement mappings to external interfaces here. Enter the corresponding mappings in the "Key" and "Value" fields. Mappings are agreed in collaboration with the corresponding other instance and are usually part of functional specifications.
Click on Save to save your settings.
You have now set up an assignment. It is active straight away and CiRRUS is therefore able to communicate with these external interfaces / computer centers, i.e. to receive and send data.
