UNITS: ADD TRANSLATIONS

Go to UNITS under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item
Choose the desired unit
Go to the Translations tab at the bottom and click on Add
Choose the desired language in the "Language" field
Enter a suitable designation in the respective language in the "Name" field
Click on Save
Click on Save again
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can set up translations in various languages. This makes it possible to correctly save all units in the respective language and use CiRRUS in various languages.

To save the translation of a unit, open UNITS under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item. You are now in the Units view. Choose the desired unit.

Go to the Translations tab at the bottom and click on Add. You can write translations here for the previously saved languages. Choose the desired language in the "Language" field and enter the translation of the unit in the "Name" field.

Example:

Unit = Liter

Language = Italian

Name = Litri (TRANSLATION)

Click on Save again to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You have now saved the translation for a unit. This takes effect immediately and is available in the respective language.

When using CiRRUS via a mobile device, it may happen that texts are translated independently by the device/browser. For an error-free use, we recommend to deactivate this translation function on the device. // The content shown in the video may differ from your own layout. // For the sake of simplicity and readability, only the masculine form is used in the descriptions.
