CREATE LABEL PRINTING REPORT

Open LABEL PRINTING under the OFFICE FUNCTIONALITIES menu item
Click on Create new
Select all products for which labels are to be printed or
Enter a search term in the "Search" field to search directly for products
Select all desired products
Click on Assign to see your selection for the label printing process
Click on Assign for additional products to be added to the selection
Proceed as above by selecting or searching for products
Click on Assign again to see the expanded selection
Select an undesired product, if required
Click on Remove
Enter the number of labels to be printed in the "Quantity" field
Click on Print
Choose the desired label layout in the "Label layout" field
Choose the desired language in the "Language" field
Choose the desired sorting type in the "Sorting" field
Click on Create report
Click on the bell icon in the toolbar at the top to open notifications
Click on the "Display report now" link to see the labels
Click on the desired functions in the toolbar for printing or saving the report, etc. and follow the instructions
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can configure the label printing process for one or several products and create the related report.

To create the label printing process report, open LABEL PRINTING under the OFFICE FUNCTIONALITIES menu item. Click on Create new. You are now in the Label printing view. Select all products for which labels are to be printed or enter a search term in the "Search" field to search directly for certain products. Select all desired products. Now click on Assign to see your selection for the label printing process in an overview. If you wish to add to your product selection, click on Assign and proceed as above by selecting additional products or using the Search function. Click on Assign again to call up all of the selected products. If you discover undesired products in the list, you can select them and remove them by clicking on Remove.

You can enter the number of labels to be printed in the "Quantity" field next to the respective product. Now click on Remove. Choose the desired layout from the dropdown menu in the "Label layout" field. Choose a suitable language in the "Language" field and the desired sorting type in the "Sorting" field using the respective dropdown menus. Now click on Create report to start the corresponding report. You now receive a notification about the label printing process report.

To access the notifications, click on the bell icon in the top toolbar. A window opens in which you can read your notification. Click on the "Display report now" link to see the label printing process report.

You can also read the report in REPORTING under the OFFICE FUNCTIONALITIES menu item. However, the report is available only for a maximum period of two weeks, depending on the predefined reporting period.
