RECEIPT LAYOUT: DEACTIVATE TEMPLATES

Go to RECEIPT LAYOUT under the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item
Choose the desired receipt layout
Go to the Receipt layout templates tab at the bottom
Select the receipt layout template to be deactivated
Click on Copy
Click on Delete
Click on Save
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Note: This type of deactivation is used when there is only one template per language and no other templates are available that could be activated instead.

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can activate the standard receipt layout template or alternatively another template so that either is active straight away. If there is only one template per language, you can deactivate it as described below.

To deactivate a receipt layout template, go to the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item and open RECEIPT LAYOUT. You are now in the receipt layout view. Choose the desired layout. Now go to the Receipt layout templates tab at the bottom. Select the receipt layout template to be deactivated immediately and click on Copy. You have now created a copy of the previously active template, which is neither a default template nor active. Click on Delete to remove the previously active template.

Click on Save to save your settings. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now know another way of deactivating a receipt layout template if there is only one template per language and no others that could be activated instead.
