RECEIPT LAYOUT: TEMPLATE DESIGNER

Go to RECEIPT LAYOUT under the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item
Choose the desired receipt layout
Go to the Receipt layout templates tab at the bottom
Click on Designer next to the desired language version
Use the toolbox, toolset and data source for designing the receipt layout
Open Preview next to the receipt layout form for a preview
Go to the Admin tab at the top
Click on the settings icon
Click on Add to add or process all desired IoT
Click on the trashcan icon next to the individual elements to remove them again, if required
Click on Save or Close
Go to the Home tab at the top
Continue processing the receipt layout with the desired elements
Click on the save icon to save the template you have just created
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Note: Mock receipts that are printed at fairs, exhibitions, etc. for demonstration purposes must always carry the comment "Demo receipt" or "Sample receipt" to prevent inappropriate use.

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can reconfigure or process a receipt layout template.

To configure a template, go to the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item and open RECEIPT LAYOUT. You are now in the receipt layout view. Choose the desired receipt layout.

Now go to the Receipt layout templates tab at the bottom and click on the Designer button next to the desired language version. Use the elements in the toolbox, toolset and data source for designing the receipt layout. Open Preview next to the receipt layout form to preview the receipt layout with the elements configured up to now. You can call up an updated preview at any time by clicking on the Refresh icon.

Now go to the Admin tab at the top and click on the cog icon to go to the settings. Click on Add to add and process all desired IoT (e.g. printer etc.). You can remove the individual elements again by clicking on the trashcan icon next to them. Click on Save or Close.

Now go to the Home tab at the top and continue to process the receipt layout template with the desired elements. Finally, click on the save icon to save the template you have just created. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now have configured a receipt layout template which you can call up and adjust to new transactions, if required.

When using CiRRUS via a mobile device, it may happen that texts are translated independently by the device/browser.
