Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can create a receipt reprint of a transaction from the receipt archive at any time based on background information such as date and time. This can be useful if a customer requests a printed receipt at a later date, for example.

To print a receipt in the receipt archive, open SHIFT OVERVIEW under the OFFICE FUNCTIONALITIES menu item. Set the date and time, if the latter is required, of the respective transaction in the calendar box. Confirm the chosen period with OK. You can also refine the search with additional information in the filter box for a more detailed search for a specific transaction. The more background information you enter, the more specific the search.

Choose the desired shift and click on Receipt archive. All transactions completed during this shift are listed. Choose the desired transaction from the Receipt archive. You can now see all background information for this transaction. You can find the information included in the customer receipt by clicking on the Products, Payments, Miscellaneous and Tax tabs at the bottom.

Now click on Reprint and choose the desired printer in the Receipt reprint window. Click on the Print receipt button to start the print order.

You now have reprinted the receipt of a specific transaction in the Receipt archive based on various information and can give the customer the desired copy of the receipt.
