In CiRRUS, you can call up a view of all users, their assigned roles and their authorizations at any time. Here you can find out how to assign or remove individual roles for each user, if required.
To assign or remove authorizations, open USER MANAGEMENT under the USER menu item. You are now in the User management view.
Go to the Roles tab at the bottom to see all users and their roles. Activate or deactivate one or several roles for the desired user which you wish to assign to them or remove by ticking or unticking the respective options. Now click on Save to save your entries.
Proceed in the same manner to assign or remove one or several roles for each additional user by activating or deactivating the respective options.
You now have assigned or removed one or several roles for a user. These changes are listed straight away in the User management view with the corresponding activation option selected.
Note: The role allocation becomes effective once the user accepts the invitation for it. You will find out this process in a separate step.
A separate chapter will show you how to invite a user to their new role and how they can accept it.
