USER MANAGEMENT: INVITE USER
- Open USER MANAGEMENT under the USER menu item
- Click on Invite user
- Enter the email address of the user to be invited in the "Email" field
- Choose the corresponding role to be assigned to the user in the "Role" field
- Click on Invite user to automatically email the invitation to the user
In CiRRUS, you can assign individual roles to a user at any time. To activate this role allocation, an invitation to accept this new role is sent to the user.
To send an invitation to the user, open USER MANAGEMENT under the USER menu item. You are now in the User management view. Click on Invite user to open a dialog window. Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite to accept their new role in the "Email" field. Now choose the corresponding role to be assigned to the user from the dropdown menu in the "Role" field. Click on Invite user to automatically email the invitation to the user. This email contains the link and password which the user has to use for setting up a user profile to accept and manage their new role.
The role allocation is now finally effective and active straight away fro the chosen user.
