USER MANAGEMENT: DELETE INVITATIONS
- Open USER MANAGEMENT under the USER menu item
- Go to the Invitations tab at the bottom
- The view shows the dispatch of all invitations to individual users for the acceptance of a role
- Select all invitations to be removed
- Click on Delete
- Click on Delete again (confirm deletion)
In CiRRUS, you can assign individual roles to a user at any time. To activate this role allocation, an invitation to accept this new role is sent to the user. Here you can find out how to remove invitations that are no longer required from the corresponding view.
To remove one or several invitations from the affected view, open USER MANAGEMENT under the USER menu item. You are now in the User management view. Go to the Invitations tab at the bottom. This opens the view of all invitations you have sent to individual users to accept a role.
Select all invitations which you no longer require and click on Delete. Confirm the process by clicking on Delete again. The undesired entries are removed immediately and can no longer be viewed in the overview.
