In CiRRUS, you can exclude certain payment methods from the product groups so that the sale of products in such product group cannot be processed using such methods. This is useful, for example, for company cards that are to be used for purchasing fuel only and should not be used for purchasing shop products.
To set up an unauthorized payment method in a product group, open PRODUCT GROUP under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Product groups view. Choose the desired product group.
Go to the Unauthorized payment methods tab at the bottom and click on Assign. Select the payment methods that MUST NOT be used for this product group and click on Assign.
Now click on Save to save your entries.
You have now set up unauthorized payment methods for the chosen product group. These restrictions are active and effective immediately.
