PRODUCT GROUP: TRANSLATIONS

  • Open PRODUCT GROUP under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item
  • Select a product group
  • Go to the Translations tab at the bottom
  • Click on Add
  • Choose the desired language in the "Language" field
  • Enter the desired name in the "Name" field
  • Click on Save
Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can set up several language versions for product groups. These translations are required for correctly designating product groups in other languages.

To save a translation for a product group, open PRODUCT GROUP under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Product group view. Choose the desired product group.

Go to the Translations tab at the bottom and click on Add. You can write translations here for the previously saved languages. Choose the desired language in the "Language" field and enter the translation of the product group in the "Name" field.

Click on Save to save your entries.

You have now saved the translation for a product group. This takes effect immediately and is available in the respective language. If a certain language has been set as standard language, this order product group is displayed immediately in the correct language version.

When using CiRRUS via a mobile device, it may happen that texts are translated independently by the device/browser. For an error-free use, we recommend to deactivate this translation function on the device. // The content shown in the video may differ from your own layout. // For the sake of simplicity and readability, only the masculine form is used in the descriptions.
