DECLINE EXCHANGE RATE CHANGES

  • Open EXCHANGE RATES APPROVAL under the OFFICE FUNCTIONALITIES menu item
  • Select all exchange rate changes to be rejected
  • Click on Decline
Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, the central office can authorize the sites to decide whether to independently activate or reject exchange rate changes entered by the HOS. Such previously entered exchange rate changes appear in the Exchange rate changes view with a small box before them.

Go to the OFFICE FUNCTIONALITIES menu item and open EXCHANGE RATES APPROVAL to reject a specified exchange rate change. Where possible, select the exchange rate changes to be rejected.

Click on Decline to register your rejection. These rejected changes are displayed with "Declined" status in the Exchange rate changes view.

You have now rejected an exchange rate change specified by the central office on the basis of your authorization to make this decision.
