ADD CURRENCIES
- Go to CURRENCIES under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item
- Click on Create new
- Enter the desired currency code in the "Code" field
- Enter the ISO standard currency number in the "ISO number" field
- Choose the desired number of decimal places in the "Decimal places" field
- Enter the currency symbol or code in the "Symbol" field
- Optionally, enter the corresponding designation in the "External ID" field
- Optionally, enter a comment in the "Comment" field
- Click on Save
In CiRRUS, you can set up various currencies. This enables you to process business transactions in local and foreign currencies.
To set up a new currency, open CURRENCIES under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item. You can see all previously saved currencies in the Currencies view. Click on Create new.
Enter the desired currency code in the "Code" field and the official ISO number of the new currency in the "ISO number" field. Note: For comprehensive information on currency codes and ISO numbers, go to: https://www.laenderdaten.de/kuerzel/waehrungscodes.aspx'
Choose the desired number of decimal places from the dropdown menu in the "Decimal places" field.
In CiRRUS, you can also save images. You can optionally enter the corresponding currency symbol, code or even an image in the "Symbol" field.
Optionally, you can enter a suitable designation in the "External ID" field and a corresponding comment in the "Comment" field.
Click on Save to save your settings.
You have now set up a new currency. You can use it straight away for paying for products in the local or a foreign currency.
