CUSTOMER DISPLAY: EXPORT PROCESS STATE

Go to CUSTOMER DISPLAY LAYOUT under the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item
Choose the desired customer display layout
Go to the Process states tab at the bottom
Select the process state layout to be exported
Click on Export

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can export a process state layout to process it as JSON document (lean data exchange format). CiRRUS gives you the option of using the Designer or this processing method.

To export a process state layout, go to the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item and open CUSTOMER DISPLAY LAYOUT. You are now in the customer display layout view. Choose the desired customer display layout.

Go to the Process state tab at the bottom. Select the layout to be exported. Now click on Export.

You now have exported a process state layout, which you can process further as a JSON document to meet your requirements.

When using CiRRUS via a mobile device, it may happen that texts are translated independently by the device/browser.
