CUSTOMER DISPLAY: IMPORT PROCESS STATE

Go to CUSTOMER DISPLAY LAYOUT under the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item
Choose the desired customer display layout
Go to the Process states tab at the bottom
Select the process state layout to be overwritten
Click on Import
Click on Next
Choose the process status layout processed in the JSON format
Click on Import
Click on Save

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can re-import a previously exported process state layout that has been processed in the JSON format.

To import a process state layout, go to the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item and open CUSTOMER DISPLAY LAYOUT. You are now in the customer display layout view. Choose the desired customer display layout.

Go to the Process states tab at the bottom. Select the layout to be overwritten with the processed template. Click on Import, then on Next. Now choose the process status layout that has been processed in the JSON format and click on Import.

You now have imported a process status layout, which you can use further to meet your requirements.

When using CiRRUS via a mobile device, it may happen that texts are translated independently by the device/browser.
