POS CONFIGURATION: ASSIGN OUTDOOR TERMINAL

  • Go to POINT OF SALE CONFIGURATION under the CONFIGURATIONS menu item
  • Choose the outdoor point of sale terminal
  • Go to the Outdoor terminal tab at the bottom
  • Choose the desired operating steps in the "Customer steps" field
  • Choose the input devices in the "Input devices" field
  • Choose the terminal type in the "Outdoor terminal type" field
  • Choose suitable payment devices in the "Payment devices" field
  • Choose the desired remaining balance issuing type in the "Remaining amount provider" field
  • Enter the desired value in the "UI popup message timeout (1 to 10 seconds)"
  • Click on Save
  • Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view
Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can assign a suitable input/output device to your outdoor terminal.

To assign the payment input/output devices, go to the CONFIGURATIONS menu item and open POINT OF SALE CONFIGURATION. You are now in the Point of sale view. Choose the outdoor point of sale terminal.

Now go to the Outdoor terminal tab at the bottom. Choose the desired operating steps from the dropdown menu in the "Customer steps" field. Choose the input devices with which the operating steps can be selected from the dropdown menu in the "Input devices" field. Now choose the corresponding outdoor terminal type from the dropdown menu in the "Outdoor terminal type" field. Choose suitable payment devices through which payment can be made in the "Payment devices" field and the desired issuing type for the remaining balance in the "Remaining amount provider" field from the respective dropdown menus. Finally enter the desired value in the "UI popup message timeout (1 to 10 seconds)".

Click on Save to save your settings. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now know how to assign suitable input/output devices to your outdoor terminal.
