EXTRAORDINARY BOOKINGS
- Go to POINT OF SALE START under the POINT OF SALE menu item
- Choose a point of sale terminal
- Choose the Incoming & outgoing payment component
- Choose the desired extraordinary booking (e.g. lottery payout, parking fees)
- Enter the corresponding incoming or outgoing payment in the "Price" field
- Click on Accept
- Optionally, enter additional products for this transaction
- Complete the sales process as usual
In CiRRUS, you can complete extraordinary bookings such as lottery payouts or income from parking fees and even integrate them in an ongoing transaction.
To complete an extraordinary booking, go to POINT OF SALE START under the POINT OF SALE menu item. You are now in the Point of sale view. Choose the desired point of sale terminal. Choose the Incoming & outgoing payment component, then the desired extraordinary booking (e.g. Lottery payout, parking fees). The window that has just popped up shows the booking type, in other words income or expense, its designation and currency. Enter the corresponding amount in the "Price" field and click on Accept to see the booking in the basket. You can add more products to this transaction, if required. Now complete the sales process as usual.
