SITES: ADD CMA MODULE

Open SITES under the ADDRESS MASTER DATA menu item
Click on the "+" icon in front of the desired site to expand the view, if applicable
Select the desired site
Go to the CMA module tab at the bottom
Enter the official site code in the "Site code (SAP number)" field
Enter the official loyalty service URL in the "Loyalty service GetAccount URL" field
Enter the official loyalty service URL in the "Loyalty service digital coupon book URL" field
Enter the official loyalty service name in the "Loyalty service username" field
Enter the password for the loyalty service in the "Loyalty service password" field
Enter the desired employee loyalty service account URL in the "Employee Service GetAccount URL" field
Enter the desired channel in the "Channel" field
Enter the official TPS service URL in the "TPS giftcard/voucher service URL" field
Enter the official TPS service name in the "TPS Giftcard/Voucher Service Username" field
Enter the password for the TPS service in the "TPS Giftcard/Voucher Service Password" field
Enter the official Pluto service URL in the "Pluto unique coupon service URL" field
Enter the official Pluto service name in the "Pluto unique coupon service username" field
Enter the password for the Pluto service in the "Pluto unique coupon service password" field
Enter the official site Eain number in the "Site EAIN (global location number)" field
Enter the official TopUp service URL in the "TPS TopUp service URL" field
Enter the official TopUp service name in the "TPS TopUp service username" field
Enter the password for the TopUp service in the "TPS TopUp service password" field
Enter the official eProduct service URL in the "TPS eProduct service URL" field
Enter the official eProduct service name in the "TPS eProduct service username" field
Enter the password for the eProduct service in the "TPS eProduct service password" field
Click on Save
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can set up additional modules. These additional modules are specific to a company and are available to this company only.

To assign a loyalty service, open SITES under the ADDRESS MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Sites view. Click on the "+" icon in front of the desired site to expand the view. Select the desired site.

Go to the CMA module tab at the bottom to open the Module view.

Enter the official site code in the "Site code (SAP number)" field. Enter the official loyalty service URL in the "Loyalty service GetAccount URL" field. This is the loyalty server address (URL). Enter the official loyalty service URL in the "Loyalty service digital coupon book URL" field. Enter the corresponding username in the "Loyalt service username" field. This is issued by the loyalty service and has to be requested. Enter the password in the "Loyalty service password" field. This is also issued by the loyalty service and has to be requested in advance. Enter the loyalty server address (URL) for employees in the "Employee service GetAccount URL" field. Enter the desired channel in the "Channel" field.

Enter the official TPS service URL in the "TPS giftcard/voucher service URL" field and the official TPS service name in the "TPS Giftcard/Voucher Service Username" field. Enter the password for the TPS service in the "TPS Giftcard/Voucher service password" field.

Enter the official Pluto service URL in the "Pluto unique coupon service URL" field. Enter the official Pluto service name in the "Pluto unique coupon service username" field and the password for the Pluto service in the "Pluto unique coupon service password" field. Enter the official Eain number in the "Site EAIN (global location number)" field.

Enter the official TopUp service URL in the "TPS TopUp service URL" field. Enter the official TopUp service name in the "TPS TopUp service username" field and the password for the TopUp service in the "TPS TopUp service password" field. Enter the official eProduct service URL in the "TPS eProduct service URL" field. Enter the official eProduct service name in the "TPS eProduct service username" field and the password for the eProduct service in the "TPS eProduct service password" field.

Click on Save to save your entries.

You have now set up all information relevant to the loyalty service and can offer loyalty-related customer advantages with immediate effect.
