SITES: ADD OWNER ADDRESS

Open SITES under the ADDRESS MASTER DATA menu item
Click on the "+" icon in front of the desired site to expand the view
Select the desired site
Go to the Owner / address tab at the bottom
Choose the site in the "Owner" field
Enter the statutory VAT number in the "Value added tax identification number (VATIN)" field
Enter the official company name in the "Company name" field
Enter the exact street name in the "Street" field
Enter the zip code in the "Postal code" field
Enter the city in the "City" field
Enter the corresponding country in the "Country" field
Enter the telephone number in the international format in the "Phone number" field
Enter the name of the person authorized to provide signatures in the "Authorized signatory" field
The system automatically fills the "Geo latitude" field
The system automatically fills the "Geo longitude" field
Enter the company logo in the "Site logo" field
Enter the full address of the company website in the "Web address" field, if available
Click on Save

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can pre-enter site-related information for address management.

To assign an owner address, open SITES under the ADDRESS MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Sites view. Click on the "+" icon in front of the desired site to expand the view. Select the desired site.

Now go to the Owner / address tab at the bottom where you can see its characteristics. Choose the site from the dropdown menu in the "Owner" field. If there are several sites, choose the primary site and/or central unit. Enter the statutory VAT number in the "Value added tax identification number (VATIN)" field. Enter the official company name in the "Company name" field. Enter the full address details of the site in the "Street", "Postal code", "City", and "Country" fields. Enter the telephone number in the international format in the "Phone number" field. Enter the name of the person authorized to provide signatures in the "Authorized signatory" field. The system automatically fills the "Geo latitude" and "Geo longitude" fields. You can enter the company logo in the "Site logo" field. Enter the full address of the company website in the "Web address" field, if available.

Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now have set up all site-related information. CiRRUS uses this data with immediate effect for adding additional information to invoices, reports, etc.
