Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can configure fuel-related information via the fuel module for a site.

To enter these fuel-related settings, open SITES under the ADDRESS MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Sites view. Click on the "+" icon in front of the desired site to expand the view. Select the desired site.

Now go to the Fuel module tab at the bottom where you can see its characteristics.

Slide the respective sliders in the "Print gauging results on point of sale" and "Gas price conversion (price display)" fields to ON if this option is desired. Enter the maximum fueling amount in the "Max. fueling amount indoor" and "Max. fueling amount outdoor" fields. Enter the respective maximum fueling volume in the "Max. fueling volume indoor" and "Max. fueling volume outdoor" fields.

Slide the slider in the "Print product price change on point of sale" field to ON if you desire this option. Choose the desired foreign currency 1 in the "Primary currency (price display)" field and the desired foreign currency 2 in the "Secondary foreign currency (price display)" field from the respective dropdown menus.

NOTE: Foreign currencies do not correspond with the local currency.

Enter the maximum number of transaction stacks in the "Number of transaction stacks" field. Enter the maximum permissible number of zero fueling transactions in the "Zero fueling limits" field. Slide the slider in the "Zero fueling block" field to ON if this option is desired.

NOTE: As soon as the "Zero fueling block" option has been activated, the fuel terminals are automatically blocked once the entered number of zero fueling transactions has been reached. If, on the other hand, this option is deactivated and a permissible number of zero fueling transactions has been entered, only a warning is issued when the maximum number has been reached.

Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now have defined all fuel-relevant information. CiRRUS implements all information and settings immediately.
