SITES: ADD MASTER DATA MODULE

Open SITES under the ADDRESS MASTER DATA menu item
Click on the "+" icon in front of the desired site to expand the view
Select the desired site
Go to the Master data module tab at the bottom
Choose the local currency of the site in the "Main currency" field
Choose all foreign currencies to be accepted at the site in the "foreign currencies" field
Click on the X on the side to remove an undesired foreign currency
Slide the slider in the "Exchange rate maintenance" field to ON if this option is desired
Slide the slider in the "Exchange rate variance maintenance" field to ON if this option is desired
Slide the slider in the "Automatic currency exchangerate change release" field to ON if this option is desired
Click on Save
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, you can quickly and easily set up site-related information for the local currencies used there.

To define this information relevant to operations, open SITES under the ADDRESS MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Sites view. Click on the "+" icon in front of the desired site to expand the view. Select the desired site.

Go to the Master data module tab at the bottom where you can see its characteristics. Choose the local currency from the dropdown menu in the "Main currency" field. You can choose all foreign currencies to be accepted at the site from the dropdown menu in the "foreign currencies" field. You can immediately remove undesired foreign currencies again by clicking on the X to the side of them. Slide the slider in the "Exchange rate maintenance" field to ON if you desire this option. This option enables or prohibits the site (locally) to independently maintain the exchange rates. Slide the slider in the "Exchange rate variance maintenance" field to ON if you desire this option. This option enables or prohibits the site (locally) to independently maintain the exchange rate variances. Slide the slider in the "Automatic currency exchangerate change release" field to ON if you desire this option. This option enables or prohibits the site (local) to automatically approve exchange rate changes.

Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You now have defined all site-related information./ CiRRUS implements all information and settings immediately.
