PRODUCTS: ASSIGN ORDER ASSORTMENT
- Open PRODUCTS under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item
- Select a product
- Go to the Order assortments tab at the bottom
- Click on Assign
- Select the order assortments that are to include this product, or
- Click on Select all to select all order assortments in one go
- Click on Show selection for an overview of all selected order assortments
- Click on Assign
- Click on Save
- Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view
In CiRRUS, you can directly assign products that have been set up to one or several order assortments. This is useful when you wish to work with order assortments.
To assign a product to a specific order assortment, open PRODUCTS under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Products view. Choose the desired product.
Go to the Order assortments tab at the bottom and click on Assign. The Order assortments view opens. Select one or several order assortments that are to include this product with immediate effect. Click on Select all to choose all order assortments in one go. To check your selection, click on Show selection.This opens a list of all selected order assortments that are to include the respective product. Click on Assign to confirm the assignment.
Click on Save to save your entries. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.
You have now assigned a product to one or several order assortments. This product is now visible for all sites that work with these order assortments.
