PRODUCTS: SET PRICE

Open PRODUCTS under the product master data MENU ITEM
Choose a product
Go to the Price tab at the bottom
Enter the product price in the "Price incl. tax" field
Enter the purchase price in the "Purchase price excl. tax" field
Enter the maximum price reduction limit in the "Max. price decrease" field (Example 0.20)
Enter the maximum price increase limit in the "Max. Price increase" field (Example 0.30)
(The "Currency" field is filled automatically.)
Enter the basic price in the "Base price quantity" field
Choose a suitable unit in the "Base price unit" field
Enter the desired filling quantity in the "Filling quantity" field
Slide the slider in the "Price on product" field to ON if this option is desired
Click on Save
Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view

Detailed Description

In CiRRUS, product prices can be quickly and easily configured in the Products view. Products are sellable goods that must always show the current price.

To set up a product price, open PRODUCTS under the PRODUCT MASTER DATA menu item. You are now in the Products view. Choose the desired product.

Now go to the Price tab at the bottom where you can see all price properties. Enter the product price in the "Price incl. tax" field. Then enter the purchase price in the "Purchase price excl. tax" field. Enter the maximum price reduction limit in the "Max. price decrease" field (Example 0.20) and the maximum price increase limit in the "Max. Price increase" field (Example 0.30). The system automatically fills the "Currency" field. Enter the basic price quantity in the "Base price quantity" field. Choose a suitable unit in the "Base price unit" field and enter the required filling quantity in the "Filling quantity" field.

Slide the slider in the "Price on product" field to ON if you desire this option. This option applies to products which have a price printed on the packaging and may therefore differ from the current price. For example: Most of the time, the price of cigarettes increases annually, but inventories could still show the previous price.

Click on Save to save your changes. Click on the arrow icon to return to the previous view.

You have now set up a product price which is effective straight away for this product.
