MESSAGING OVERVIEW

- Reply to messages directly from the message window:

- Click on "Delete all low-priority messages" to delete all low-priority messages
In CiRRUS, you can send messages between sites that are relevant to employees or operations in general. This makes sense when there are high-priority messages, work, etc. that have to be reported. For example: Please top up paper today, or please do not use POS 1 as maintenance is being carried out.
To access the messages view, go to the top toolbar and click on the speech balloon icon. Click on the desired message to open it.
Replying to and closing messages: Reply directly from the message window by clicking on the arrow next to the message or click on the message to open it and send your reply from within the message. Click on Close if you do not wish to send a reply, otherwise click on Reply.
Click on the trashcan to delete a message or click on "New message" to send a new message. Clicking on "Delete all low-priority messages" deletes all low-priority messages.
ATTENTION: By clicking on "Delete all low-priority messages", all messages are deleted, except messages that are time-controlled (high priority messages), which are automatically deleted once their validity period has expired.
You now know the structure and options in the Messages view.
