Detailed Description

You can choose from pre-written messages when writing an "High-priority message" or "Urgent message". You therefore can use a suitable message template for recurring events.

To write a message template, go to the LAYOUTS & TEMPLATES menu item and open MESSAGE TEMPLATES. All previously written message templates are listed in the Message templates window. Click on Create new to write a new message template. Enter the title of the new message in the "Name" field and click on Save.

Go to the Translations tab at the bottom and click on Add. Choose the desired language from the dropdown menu in the "Language" field. Enter the message subject in the language you have chosen in the "Subject" field. Now enter the message text in the language you have chosen in the "MessageBody" field. Click on Save and confirm by clicking on Save again. To return to the previous view, click on the arrow icon. Click on Add to set up a new message template.

You now know how to write a message template in a chosen language. A separate chapter shows you how to translate message templates.

When using CiRRUS via a mobile device, it may happen that texts are translated independently by the device/browser. For an error-free use, we recommend to deactivate this translation function on the device. // The content shown in the video may differ from your own layout. // For the sake of simplicity and readability, only the masculine form is used in the descriptions.
